With its pastel-setting store in Mosman boasting superb food and also picturesque view, Burnt Orange has finally opened their second cafe in Chatswood area.

Located in Chatswood Chase on the first floor, the decoration is minimalist with lots of luscious leafy greens and plenty of natural lights. It's simple but also brings calm and relaxing feel into the interior design.

Either you need a tea break from shopping or just simply need a brunch or even partake in delightful high tea with your girls a la Carrie Bradshaw and the gang.. This place is so lovely with its breakfast and lunch selections as well as various sweets on their display cabinet.

Having heard about their famous Scones, we decided to give it a go! Here they have selections of plain, wholemeal, date, and mixed berry flavour and it'll be served with decadent chantilly cream and homemade jam. Scone was moist and airy on the inside while remaining flaky and crisp on the outside, a perfect one to go with your tea!

Egg Benedict is a considered a breakfast staple you can easily find on every menu nowadays. But, Burnt Orange set a different level for their own signature Egg Benedict with Alaskan King Crab and I'd say it makes a tasty addition to the usual version of egg benny.  Served on two lightly toasted brioche with perfectly poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, the fluffy bun goes so well with the delicate and succulent crab meat and so good to go with the creamy sauce.

Chia Breakfast Bowl is always something to look forward when I need something filling in the morning but also light and healthy. This satisfying breakfast bowl is quite thick and creamy as they're made with almond milk and topped with desiccated coconut, passionfruit, crushed berries and drizzle of Manuka honey. Say bye to guild afterwards!

I love lemon, I love yuzu.. I basically love citrus! The combination of tart yet creamy lemon curd with cookie crumb pie crust, topped with foamy meringue has made this deconstructed pie a favourite of mine. The curd has a sharper lemon flavor, the meringue is so sweet, put it all together they make the perfect irresistible dessert!
